Age: 14-17U player; 2+ years of volleyball experience, club program or travel team experience recommended (this program is not open to beginners or players with limited volleyball experience). Players will be assigned to age/skill-matched groups.

Time: 6:30-8:00 (Main Session)

Cost: $560, single payment due upon registration or 2 payments of $280 (first due upon registration, second due April 15th)

Targeted to the High School player to prepare for the 2023 High School season and to players looking to extend their winter club season or supplement their ongoing season, NC Elite's new Spring Training Camp program is designed to advance development of skill techniques, court movement, offensive and defensive strategies and overall game IQ. The program will be developed by NC Elite Master Coaches and run along with members of the NC Elite coaching staff. Speed-Agility-Jump training will incorporated into the training to help advance the player's overall physicality and ability to further elevate her game. Speed-Agility-Jump training components will be developed by certified fitness/performance coaches.
All participants will receive an NC Elite t-shirt.
Players should wear an NC Elite shirt, shorts, indoor court shoes and knee pads for all sessions.
NC Elite Spring Training Camp is registration-based. No tryouts are required. Limited space is available, acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds for withdrawals or missed sessions.

Drop-off / Pick-up Procedures
1. Parents will not enter campus for drop-off. All players should be dropped off for training on College Place. Drop off will occur at GATE 6 on College Place (Saint Mary’s Campus Map). Drivers should drop off passenger side on the Saint Mary’s side of College Place and proceed to Saint Mary’s Street following drop off. No players should be dropped off on the street side opposite of Saint Mary’s School and cross the street. Please remember that College Place is a public street. All driving and parking laws should be followed and traffic, driveways or access gates should not be blocked for other vehicles.
2. Players should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to practice. Players should be on time in order to access campus.
3. Players should be picked up promptly at the end of practice on College Place at Gate 6.
4. Players driving themselves should utilize street parking on College Place, across the street from Saint Mary’s School.
