All NC Elite teams are participating in the Monument
City Classic Tournament in Richmond Virginia, January
16-18. NC Elite has already secured rooms for all of
our coaches and players (All players will stay in team
assigned rooms) at the Marriott hotel connected to the
Richmond Convention Center. NC Elite has also reserved
an additional 33 rooms at the Marriott for club
families, as well as placed numerous rooms on a
temporary reservation block at two other hotels nearby
at discounted rates. The Omni Downtown Richmond is a
higher quality 4-star hotel about 5 walking blocks away
from the venue for a slightly lower cost than the
Marriott, and another hotel is the Holiday Inn
Central Richmond which is less than 6 miles from the
venue and a much reduced cost with free parking . All
rooms are non smoking rooms with two double beds. We
have secured enough rooms at a few nearby hotels with
various rates to accommodate all of our NC Elite

If you would like to stay
at the Marriott Downtown Richmond with a Friday January
15th arrival date and Monday January 18th departure date
(3 night stay) for $127 per night plus tax and $18 per
day parking fee, please email Diana back by no later
than Monday, December 28th, at noon. The block
of 33 remaining rooms reserved for NC Elite
parents/team families will be distributed to families on
a first-come first-basis . Please e-mail your request

to families who completed the initial hotel request form
on our club signing night. *** Reminder completion of
the NC Elite's hotel request does NOT guarantee you a
room at the Marriott. The request form was
primarily used to identify the total number of club
rooms needed at each venue.
If
you would like to stay at one of the other two hotels at
the NC Elite block rates, please call them
directly to make your family hotel arrangements before
January 4th,. After that any unused room will be
released from the block. Please remember to ask for
the NC Elite block rate.
