Qualifier/Power League & Time Change This Weekend

Daylight savings begins at 2 a.m. Sunday morning, March 12.  Don't forget to spring forward an hour!

13 Black & 14 Black to compete at Triangle Volleyball Club

15 Black & 18 Black will be at the Raleigh Convention Center 

  • BLACK division [16*-18’s] – plays exclusively at RCC. Day 1 waves 3pm AND 630pm
  • BLUE division [14*-16’s] – plays exclusively at RCC. Day 1 waves 8am AND 1130am
  • RED division [13-14’s] – plays exclusively at Triangle Volleyball Club. Day 1 waves either 8am OR 1130am AND either 3pm OR 630pm.

Spectator Admission - ALL TICKET SALES ARE CASH ONLY. There is an ATM located next to the Hall B entrance of the RCC.

Raleigh Convention Center ONLY: Admission for spectators is $10 per day or $15 for a 2-day pass. Children under 6 years old are free. Tickets can be purchased on Friday, March 10 from 6-9 PM on the Mezzanine Level of the RCC by Exhibit Hall B or Saturday and Sunday beginning at 7 AM. There is no online advance option to purchase spectator tickets.

  • There will be no spectator entry fee at Triangle Volleyball Club for the Red Division.

Event Parking | St. Patrick’s Day Parade

There is a St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 11th in downtown Raleigh. The parade will close some of the downtown streets and limit access to parking garages around the Raleigh Convention Center from 9 AM -12 NOON. Please view the attached MAP of road closures and allow extra time when driving to the Raleigh Convention Center.

Event parking at the RCC is available throughout the downtown area for $7, no in-and-out privileges.

Athletic Trainers – are available at both sites. Athletes that require regular taping prior to play must provide their own tape or will have to purchase tape from trainer. All participants are covered by USAV’s Secondary Sport Accident Policy. Should an athlete be injured be certain to complete and submit to championship desk an INCIDENT REPORT. Facility Rules

Raleigh Convention Center – No coolers, stadium chairs, and large baggage are allowed inside or outside of the RCC [lobby, playing venue, sidewalks]. Team ‘camping’ is prohibited by the RCC. Room 201 on the mezzanine level will be reserved for teams to eat/relax in between matches.

  • Triangle Volleyball Club – no coolers, stadium chairs or food tables are allowed inside the facility, but these items may be set up outside. There is a designated ‘camping’ area on court 7
  • No ‘boom boxes’ or portable speakers are allowed to be used inside either facility unless they are connected to headphones. Warm up music broadcasted through a speaker or sound system is not allowed.
  • We enforce the Carolina Region/USAV spectator code of ethics and the Junior Personnel Code of Ethics. Improper conduct by athletes, spectators and/or coaches will not be tolerated.

USA Volleyball High Performance Tryout

Junior Girls High Performance Tryout – Friday, March 10, 4-8 PM at the Raleigh Convention Center, Exhibit Hall A. For registration and more information visit USAvolleyball.org. Participants will not be allowed into Exhibit Hall A until 4:00 PM.
