Club/Team Dues:
includes all club, team and coaches' USAV registrations
fees; coach background checks, NC Elite player
officiating clinics, NC Elite recruiting clinics, NC
Elite Player Development Clinics, Speed Strength Agility
Training done on select nights offered at Hoop City,
Regional tournament entry fees (approx $
120-150/tournament); gym rentals fees; coaches' pay/
reimbursement and other miscellaneous club operating
expenses (web hosting, supplies, postage, printing,
etc..) .
Uniform / Equipment Fees:
includes 2 Asics
tournament quality jerseys, Jersey Screening, 1 pair
Asics Spandex,, 2 NC Elite practice t-shirts , 1 warm-up
L/S shirt/jacket, and includes all NC Elite club related
equipment costs (volleyballs, ball carts, ball bags and
other training equipment.)
Travel Costs:
includes all tournament entry fees
($ 350-900/ event), all hotel accommodations and flights
(Lonestar 16-1 & 18-1 and AAU or JO's for all national teams)
for all NC Elite players and coaching staff. All travel
costs are estimated up front and are built into the
travel costs - Which means there are no additional
hidden costs and you will not receive an additional
"travel assessment" after every trip .
Travel to designated driving events
and Individual player meals/food costs are not included
in the club fees.

NC Elite Payment
Policy
It
is the responsibility of the parent/ guardian to insure
that all payments are made on time. If payments
are not made on time, or a past due balance exists, then
an individual player may be held from practices and/or
tournaments until the player's account is current.
NC Elite utilizes all of its revenues to
support the volleyball program. Revenues are generated
primarily from Player Fees. Most of our travel costs are
incurred early in the season in an effort to purchase
less expensive advance fares. As a result, timely
payment of player fees is critical to meeting our
financial obligations without creating extra charges for
everyone.
Payments may be made by Check, Money Order or
with CC via Paypal.

In order to keep NC Elite
Volleyball Fees to a minimum, it is imperative that we
keep a
Credit Card authorization form on
file for each athlete/family. We will only use this
credit authorization:

In the event that a payment has not been received 10
days following of a payment due date.

If instructed to do so
by you the cardholder for reserving hotel rooms for
parents/families at team travel events.

**Remember that each athlete/parent is responsible for
payment whether they complete the season or not. Any
partial payments and/or special payment plans must be
approved by the appropriate NC Elite officers.
Anytime NC Elite Volleyball Club processes a credit card
for a late payment (10 days past due date), a
transaction fee of 5% will be added in order to cover
credit processing fees.
